Verso is an AI-powered image generation and editing platform that runs on Google Gemini 3 Pro Image (also known as Nano Banana Pro) and features Nano Banana 2 / Nano Banana Pro in content for SEO. Users can:
- Generate images from text (text-to-image)
- Edit images with natural language (image-to-image)
- Access features through a credit-based system
- Verso connects only to Gemini 3 Pro Image (Nano Banana Pro); we do not call Gemini 2.5 Flash.
- We are independent from Google/model providers.
- Model limits and availability may change based on provider policies and compliance.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for account activity.
- Notify us of unauthorized access.
- We may suspend/terminate for violations, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
- Service operates on credits; 10 credits = 1 image generation/edit.
- Text-to-image: 10 credits per generation.
- Image-to-image: 10 credits per generation.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except per Refund Policy.

- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle.
- Price changes communicated 30 days in advance.
- Unused subscription credits expire at end of billing period.
- One-time credit pack credits never expire.
- Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
- IP-infringing content
- Inappropriate depictions of minors
- Violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Sexually explicit/pornographic content
- Spam, phishing, malicious use
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting AI models
- Automated abuse/overload
- Sharing credentials
- Reselling/redistributing generated images without proper rights
- Bypassing rate limits or security
- Scraping or harvesting platform data
- Violations may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, suspension/termination, or legal action.
- You retain ownership of uploads.
- You grant us a limited license to process uploads to provide the Service.
- Uploads are deleted after processing per retention policy.
- You own commercial rights to generated images.
- You are responsible for ensuring generated content doesn't infringe third-party rights.
- We do not use your prompts or images to train third-party models; we may use aggregated, de-identified analytics to improve Verso operations (not to train Gemini).
- Platform code, designs, and trademarks remain our property.
- You may not copy/modify/create derivatives without permission.
- Automated and manual moderation enforce policies.
- We may remove violating content; repeated violations may terminate accounts.
- We are not liable for user-generated content.
- Target 99.9% uptime but not guaranteed.
- Scheduled maintenance may occur; notice provided when possible.
- Features/models (Nano Banana 2 / Nano Banana Pro on Gemini 3 Pro Image) may evolve.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages.
- Total liability is limited to fees you paid in the past 12 months.
- We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use, your violations, third-party rights violations, or content you generate/upload.
- Governed by the laws of the United States.
- Binding arbitration except for small claims, IP disputes, or injunctive relief.
- Disputes resolved individually, not as class actions.

- Verso uses only Google Gemini 3 Pro Image (Nano Banana Pro); Gemini 2.5 Flash is not used.

- We may update Terms; material changes communicated via email or platform notice.
- Continued use after changes = acceptance.
- You may terminate your account if you disagree.
- Cancel subscription or delete account at any time.
- We may suspend/terminate for violations, fraud, legal requirements, or discontinuation.
- Unused subscription credits and one-time credits may be forfeited per policy.
- Generated images are deleted after retention window.
- Account data is deleted per Privacy Policy.
